Shipping

Orders are delivered free of charge (within the Netherlands and Belgium; different rates apply for other countries). This can be your (home) address or a DHL Pickup Point. For the delivery of the ordered items, we use DHL's services.
Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL. If you order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, you will usually receive your order the next business day (within the Netherlands and Belgium)! Note: This depends on the current delivery time indicated on the website.
Returns

Of course, we hope you are very satisfied with your purchase from Hoii. If the order is not to your liking, you can return it within 30 days. On this page, you will find all the important information about returning your order. If you have a question and the answer is not here, please send us an email with your question to info@hoii.nl.
Step 1. Fill out the Return Form included with the package.
Step 2. Pack the item in its original packaging and include the Return Form.
Step 3. Cover the old label so that the address is no longer visible.
Step 4. Go to the DHL Return Portal of Rogon Products B.V. and receive an shipping label or a QR code immediately.
Step 5. Drop off your package at a DHL parcel point. You will receive a receipt at the parcel point. This receipt will have a Track & Trace code with which you can track your return shipment.
All returns for Hoii.nl should be sent to Rogon Products B.V., Haverdijk 8, Helmond. Want to return for free? Use the DHL Return Portal.
Returning Without Printing
Want to return but don’t have a printer? No problem! If you register your return via the DHL Return Portal, you can choose a QR code. You can then show the QR code on your phone at a DHL parcel point.
Return Conditions
- Unstamped shipments or shipments on delivery will be refused.
- When returning items, the return form must always be completed.
- Items must always be well packaged to prevent damage during transport.
- Returned items must be intact and complete with packaging.
- Damage and/or signs of use may be a reason to refuse the returned items.
- Shipping costs are only credited if Hoii is responsible for the fault/problem or if the products are returned in adequate packaging.
- If a product (packaging) is significantly damaged during return due to poor packaging, it will be agreed by phone how much of the new value will be credited.
Return Checklist
- The return has been registered with DHL within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- The return complies with the return conditions.
- You have included the Return Form with the return shipment.
- Keep the shipping receipt, as it is the confirmation of the return package.
